Summary description and approach:

• Coordination and management of the whole project.
• Compilation of financial and progress reports on the given schedule by each partner.
• Steering and monitoring the project implementation especially the reports and progress of the project activities and the aimed outputs. 
• Regular meetings and contacts with partners and the program authorities will support an efficient flow of information.
